Incidents and Returns
Although not common, if your order arrives damaged by transport issues, it has a period of 24 hours from receipt of order to communicate the incident to firstname.lastname@example.org
After this deadline, we can not be responsible for damaged items.
We pledge to replace damaged items as soon as possible, after removing the damaged items and they have been an expert opinion by the transport agency if appropriate.
If for any reason you are not satisfied with your order, you have a period of 14 calendar days from the date of delivery of the order, to return it. (According to Art. 102 and 104, the R.D.L. 1/2007 of 16 November, approving the revised text of the General Law for the Protection of Consumers and Users and other complementary laws.).
You have to send us the product in perfect condition, unused and in its original packaging, including guarantees, labels and instructions. The return shipping to our warehouse is borne by the customer.
It is very important that you return perfectly packaged products. If the products are damaged due to improper packaging, we not admit the return.
Once we receive the merchandise in our stores and check that all the above conditions are met, artandcrafty.com accept the return of the product and will proceed to refund the amount of the items * according to the method of payment.
a. If you made that payment via credit card or paypal, you will pay the amount to the same credit card or paypal account.
b. If you made that payment by bank transfer, we will require an account number where to pay the amount.
Note: You will receive the refund of the amount within a maximum period of 20 days from the receipt in our warehouse of the returned product. Note that if you paid by credit card is likely that your bank will show the amount of the refund in your balance until the following month.
