Purified oil, a little naturally amber, extracted from flax seeds. Drier and stronger than most other oils. It tends to yellow over time.
It is used preferably with dark or slightly drying tones. It has extreme transparency. It gives body to the pasta and avoids excesses.
Available in 75ml, 250ml, 500ml and 1L containers.
